The parts
We sell used spare parts from vehicles that have been deregistered at our premises. Each part is unique: the listing shows photos of that part, of the car it came from, and its condition (used, bench-tested or new and unused).
The compatibility we show comes from the manufacturer's references. Before buying, compare the reference on the listing with that of your part; if in doubt, ask us.
Price and payment
Prices include IVA (Spanish VAT). Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe.
While you pay, we hold the parts for a few minutes so that nobody buys them elsewhere. If one were sold before payment is completed, you will not be charged for it.
Delivery
We ship with SEUR. Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day leave the same day and arrive within 24/48 hours on mainland Spain. You can also collect your order from our premises free of charge. Details at shipping and delivery times.
Check the parcel on arrival and note any damage on the carrier's delivery note.
Warranty
Parts carry a 12-month warranty from delivery. The warranty covers the part working as it should; it does not cover the normal wear of a used part, or damage caused by incorrect fitting.
Returns
You have calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving a reason. For how to do so, see returns and withdrawal.
Workshops and businesses
Registered workshops buy at their workshop price. Business purchases have no right of withdrawal, but do have the warranty; if a part does not fit, we will talk it through.
