In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
How to return a part
- Write to us at info@desguacesvegamedia.com or via WhatsApp within 14 calendar days of receiving it, quoting your order number.
- We will confirm the return and how to send the part back to us.
- Once we receive it and check that it is in the condition in which we sent it, we will refund you by the same means of payment, within a maximum of 14 days.
The part must come back unfitted and unaltered, with its code label. The cost of returning it is yours, unless the part is faulty or does not match the listing: in that case we bear the return cost.
If the part is faulty
It is covered by the 12-month warranty. Write to us with your order number and what happened; depending on the case, we will replace it with an identical part or refund you.

You may use this model, although it is not compulsory (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 [consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users], Annex B):
